Harriet Leonard, painter and print maker, has
been a member of Atlantic Gallery since 1993 and is a member of the
Visual Arts League in New Jersey and the New York Artists' Equity Association.
She has a degree in Art from Smith College, and has studied at the
Art Students' League and New School. She has worked as a graphic designer
for museums, galleries and book publishers in Manhattan. Her paintings
and prints are in many private collections around the country. Leonard's
recent work is collaged paintings and works on paper in various mediums
that juxtapose dolls, stuffed animals and cherished childhood toys
to show human reality in all its erotic and menacing and exquisite
beauty.
